Linguine pasta is similar to spaghetti except its shape is flat similar to fettuccine. It works well with seafood and I always prefer the ones made with durum wheat. This two salmon linguine has fresh salmon pieces poached in cream and wine and is topped with smoked salmon for those extra pops of smoky flavour. I used Crème fraîche for this version due to it’s pleasing subtle sour characteristic which helps break through the richness.
