A creamy penne pasta recipe with smoked fish and asparagus. So simple to make in 25 minutes for a perfect meal. I used smoked trout for this recipe, it goes perfectly, but you could also use other types of smoked fish. The smokiness will give the sauce it’s beautiful flavour.

You can use fresh or frozen peas, I use frozen for their convenience. Try and undercook your asparagus so they are still a little crunchy. Use a dry white wine and if you can’t have wine, see my wine substitutes. The sauce is mixed with fresh dill for to enhance the fish flavour.
