A simple satisfying healthy meal that can be made in minutes.  The cauliflower is first caramelised in the pan then braised in vegetable stock.  Then topped with a lemon, chili and garlic hot dressing with capers and parsley. Cauliflower is so versatile and came make a great substitute for protein.  If you’re looking for something vegan or healthier, then give this recipe a go.  It may be healthy, but it’s also delicious. 

 

Any leftover florets can be used for another side dish, you could also use them or why not make cauliflower rice.  You will get one perfect steak for each cauliflower, or two reasonable ones, but no more.
