It’s packed with green goodness hence the name Green Curry and smells & tastes incredibly aromatic. It’s normally quite hot (piquant) but based on your selection of green chilies you can make it as hot or as mild as you like. The best part is that once you’ve made it, it can store for two weeks in the fridge and then takes only minutes to cook up an authentic Thai dish. You can use a traditional mortar and pestle to make your paste or a food processor for a quick and easy recipe.
