Make this awesome curry from scratch or use an already made paste, either way you will enjoy the flavours of Southern Thailand with Indian influences. This dish is made from scratch, it’s slow cooked for that tenderised chicken meat, it also has potatoes and roasted peanuts. Massaman curry is perfect with rice and a side dish of stir fried Asian greens. Roti also goes well. A bit of trivia, the word Massaman derived from the word Muslim back in the 17th century.
