This will be the most amazing banana cake you will ever taste. It’s quite simple to make and the results are amazing. If you want to impress your guests or loved ones, this is the recipe for you. Use a good non stick cake pan, I used a 24cm or 9½ inch metal cake pan. High straight sides work best (2 inch – 6cm deep, or more works well). For the yogurt, I used plain natural Greek yogurt for its consistency, it seems to work the best. Don’t use overripe bananas or they will be too mushy.
