Simple to make melt in your mouth buttery cookies. This version is made without nuts and uses almond meal. They are simple to make using a mixer in one bowl with few simple ingredients. They are delicious, the sort of cookies you simply can’t stop at one! I prefer them with an Italian twist, some Limoncello, the lemon liqueur or you could add amaretto, the almond liqueur, but that’s optional. For me personally, it’s compulsory! I like mine with a hint of brown on top, but you can take them out sooner if you prefer the pale look. These make a great gift and look great packaged up. Make them for Christmas, weddings or simply anytime as they too hard to resit. Enjoy my buttery snow balls this Christmas or anytime!
