Sometimes you simply want a no fuss recipe with maximum result. This pork recipe is very easy, sorry there’s no crackling just succulent pork meat. I cooked this on holidays near Bordeaux in France. All the ingredients were bought from the local market and are all from local farms. A word of warning, the incredible appetizing smell from this roast can sometimes attract perfect strangers, so you may need to cater for extras. A great Sunday roast!
