Coat your pepper with the olive oil nice and evenly
Place it directly onto a flame.
Turn it ensuring it becomes charcoal black all over.
Remove from heat, place on plate and cover until cool.
Place under cold running water and delicately remove the skin, it should be very easy.
Remove stalk, cut open and rinse away the seeds.
Slice and soak in olive oil. Refrigerate.
Keeps in jars for weeks if refrigerated.
