Bûche de Noël, A Christmas Tradition. A simplified recipe!
Every Christmas when I was a kid, we always had a Bûche de Noël on the table. It’s a tradition I’ll never forget. This recipe brings back those fun, festive days with its irresistible hazelnut cream that tastes incredible. The cake is soft, full of flavour, and surprisingly easy to make. Unlike other tricky recipes, this one is straightforward, so there’s no excuse not to whip it up for Christmas. From the light and fluffy sponge to the creamy Nutella filling, this dessert is sure to wow your family and friends. It’s also a perfect way to create sweet holiday memories that will last a lifetime. As you saw at the start of the video, avoid using cheap parchment paper! Mishaps happen to the best of us, so don’t worry, you’re not alone. Even with all my years of experience as a chef, I still make mistakes. It just goes to show that there’s always something new to learn in the kitchen. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
