This French inspired walnut-crusted chicken is all about texture and flavour. The tender chicken fillets soak up a thyme infused marinade, then get coated in a golden walnut crust for that nutty crunch. It’s finished with a creamy Dijon and thyme cream sauce that adds just the right zing.
It tastes rich and elegant but is surprisingly easy to make at home. If you’re in a hurry like me, reduce marination time and fridge time. If you have time, then you will get a slightly better result. Either way it’s a delectable dish you’re going to love!
