One of the yummiest puddings you will taste. Plus it’s so quick and simple to make. Made with bought Panettone and a few basic ingredients. The panettone should already have raisins and candied fruits, so it’s easy. A great alternative to the traditional Christmas pudding. In this recipe I added limoncello, a beautiful Italian lemon liqueur, you can also use Grand Mariner an orange liqueur, or amaretto and almond liqueur. simply leave it out (But don’t). Make your own custard, you can see my recipe or simply buy it ready made with a dash of fresh cream or mascarpone cheese added to it, but make sure you heat it up and serve both the pudding and the custard hot. Decorate with fresh berries, some mint leaves for that Christmas look and enjoy my panettone puddings. Merry Christmas.
