They taste so good, no one will believe these are actually healthy yet they are packed with goodness. These energy balls are loaded with fruits, nuts, natural sugars and healthy oils. Plus they are simple to make, just measure the ingredients, throw them in your food processor blitz, then roll in shredded coconut. This recipe makes 24, but as I keep picking at it I usually get around 20. Best to store them in the fridge, eat them cold or take them out 20 minutes before serving.
