There’s something magical about slow cooking. It tends to bring out additional flavours that normally seem absent. This pull apart lamb is truly to die for. It’s quite easy to prepare, then simply place it in the oven and forget about it for three hours or so. The wonderful smells in the house will be a constant reminder that something good is about to happen! Enjoy it with a bold red wine such as a Cabernet Sauvignon or a Shiraz.
