Half cup of pomegranate juice

Half cup stock (beef , veal or chicken)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Quarter cup of cranberry juice
Quarter cup red grape juice

 

WHITE WINE FOR CHICKEN

Half cup stock (chicken stock)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Quarter cup of cranberry juice
Quarter cup apple cyder

 

WHITE WINE FOR FISH

Half cup stock (fish stock)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Half cup apple cyder
