This zesty Greek chicken recipe has kipfler potatoes as they are simply perfect for this, but of course you can use the potatoes of your choice. I kept the bones on the chicken pieces as they bring more flavour and keep the meat juicy, particularly on the breasts. The oregano, garlic and lemon are a perfect combination for this zesty chicken meal. If you don’t use white wine, simply add water. The potatoes will absorb all those juices and are to die for.
