If you enjoy fried chicken with herbs and spices (let’s face it, who doesn’t) than there’s no better way than making it yourself. Homemade fried chicken is the bees knees! This fried chicken recipe is super easy to make and the brining part, well that’s optional, but if you have a little extra time, it’s well worth the effort for extra moist meat, I promise you. For those concerned about health, there’s nothing wrong with treating yourself to fried chicken once in a while, just back it up with a large green salad and hold off on the fries (chips) and cola.
