Peel and chop onion finely.
To a pot, add half of the butter.
Add the chopped onion.
Add a crushed garlic clove,
Add a sprig of thyme.
Cut each mushroom in six pieces, lengthwise to the stem.
Add the rest of butter and the mushrooms to the pot.
Caramelise until golden brown.
Chop the washed parsley.
Add the white wine, let the alcohol burn off.
Season with sea salt and crushed black pepper.
Reduced until glazed and serve immediately while steaming.
This can be a great accompaniment to any meat dish.
A great vegetarian dish.
Other mushroom varieties can also be mixed together for a more interesting dish.
